WEDDINGS

To secure your wedding date, a deposit must be paid by Direct Debit or Cash. 50% of the total of your quote is the minimum deposit amount and is to be paid within 7 days of receiving the quote. Once deposit is paid no refunds will be given to reduction in services. Addition to services is accepted but notice of two weeks must be provided. Travel is calculated based on the location required for The Makeup Ambulance to travel, if location is to be determined the quote will be updated as soon as the information is provided. The Makeup Ambulance Travels statewide in Tasmania. Lashes are included for all trial & wedding makeup if desired.

 

COVID 19 cancellation policy is in effect.

All monies paid to The Makeup Ambulance for wedding parties under 5 people are NON-REFUNDABLE, until COVID-19 cancellation policy is lifted.

Any larger parties (5+ people) will have the ability to cancel up to 9 weeks prior to their wedding date however they will forfeit a $200 booking fee.

The bridal trial cost is non-refundable for ALL parties once the trial has occurred. If a reschedule of dates can be accommodated, no fees are applicable.

 

Under no circumstances will The Makeup Ambulance be applying makeup to anyone with ANY cold/flu symptoms. It is the responsibility of the paying client/bride to ensure ALL makeup clients are fit and well prior to The Makeup Ambulance attending the location.  Due to the seriousness of working in close proximity without the ability to have adequate social distancing measures when applying makeup, if The Makeup Ambulance attends a location and there are people present showing symptoms The Makeup Ambulance reserves the right to leave the premises without completing any work. Yours and my health & safety will remain the highest priority during the pandemic. 

OTHER SERVICES

Once your appointment is booked there is to be no reduction of services (ie dropping clients or reducing glam to normal makeup)

Lashes are included in the costing for all occasion makeup if desired, no discount is applied if you do not want false lashes.

To secure your booking a $50 deposit per person is to be paid by Direct Debit or Cash - this is NON REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the costing is payable on the day of the appointment.  IF CANCELLATION OCCURS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT IS PAYABLE.
